Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the Contiguous United States. For international orders, many qualify for free standard shipping when the order total reaches $100 or more.
Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
Orders typically ship the next business day. All orders are shipped via Standard Service by default unless you select an alternative shipping method during checkout. Once shipped, delivery generally takes up to 15 business days.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, llmoco.com cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control—such as severe weather, shipping service interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping Times (Excluding Processing)
- Express Delivery: 7–10 business days
- Standard Delivery: 10–20 business days
Important: Shipping times do not include the standard order processing period, which takes 3–7 business days before the order is shipped out.
Shipment Tracking
A unique tracking number will be assigned to your package once it ships. You will receive an email containing this tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
How to Apply a Discount Code
To use a discount code, proceed to the final checkout page before clicking “Complete Order.” You will find a designated box labeled for entering discount codes. Enter your code, click “Apply,” and your order total will be updated immediately to reflect the discount.
Note: Discount codes and referral codes may be used once per order and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
