Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a prompt refund.
 
To be eligible for return:
 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Please have your order number (from the confirmation email) ready when initiating a return.
  • Underwear must be worn when trying on our products.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or fail to meet the above criteria.
 
For shipping instructions for returned items, refer to the email you receive after submitting a return request. Note that original shipping fees, duties, and other associated costs are non-refundable. Return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a quality defect.

Size Issues

We strongly recommend checking our size chart to find your perfect fit before placing an order. If you fall between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Free Exchange Service (Contiguous U.S. Only)

We offer free exchanges for size, color, or style changes—exclusively for customers in the Contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other non-contiguous territories.
 
  • Eligible exchanges include a free return label.
  • After the first free exchange, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any subsequent exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

Before returning any items, ensure they have no artificial damage, and that tags and packaging remain in good condition. To start a return:

  2. Include the following information:
    • Your order number (e.g., #123456)
    • Clear photos of the items (showing tags and original packaging)
    • A detailed reason for the return
 
Due to high email volume, our support team may take 1–3 business days to respond. Please note: We do not monitor or reply to emails on weekends.

Return Labels for Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, you may exchange it or return it for a refund within 30 days. To request a return label:
 
  • Email support@llmoco.com with details of the damage.
  • Return labels are only available for U.S. addresses.
  • Return postage/costs are covered by us only if the return is due to a quality defect. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return costs.

Refund Process

  1. Once you ship the return package, email the support team with the return tracking number—this is required to process your refund.
  2. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email.
  3. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, as processing times vary by financial institution.
